|How do I access my Control Panel?
Account holders may log in to their Cpanel control panel using www.yoursitename/cpanel/. Log in with your username and password. (Replace yoursitename with your site name, of course!)
How do I access my Reseller WebHost Manager control panel?
Every server has a different address. Your welcome email will have the correct address. If you cannot find it contact us via the member centre and we will tell you yours.
How do I set up my e-mail?

What is your refund policy?
We have a full 30 day money back guarantee for all new shared and reseller account holders. Simply ask for a refund via the member center and your account will be closed. Refunds are processed within three to four business days. Refunds are made via the method of payment used i.e.: credit card payment gets a credit card refund.
*Note: If your hosting plan includes a free SSL certificate or domain name, the retail cost of the extra service will be deducted from your refund. You may continue to use the domain name or certificate. No refunds are available for dedicated server plans, domain names or SSL certificates.
